    These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Canton of Zürich unless otherwise specified.
  6. Termination of Access
    We reserve the right to terminate access to services at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Suspensions are permanent and not subject to appeal.
  7. Disclaimer of Warranty
    Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for downtime, software conflicts, or incompatibility with third-party tools.
