  1. Final Sales Policy
    All sales are final upon delivery of a license key. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued, in compliance with Art. 185 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
  2. Tool Availability
    Tools may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice. “Lifetime” refers to the operational duration of the tool—not a guaranteed period or lifespan.
  3. Prohibited Use
    Users may not:
    • Share or resell license keys
    • Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or distribute tools
    • Bypass licensing or security systems
    • Exploit or abuse the platform or services in any unauthorized way
  4. Chargebacks & Legal Action
    Filing a chargeback without contacting support first will result in permanent suspension, blacklisting, and legal escalation. Fraudulent disputes may be prosecuted under Swiss law (OR Art. 41 ff). We reserve the right to pursue civil claims for damages and recover legal costs.
  5. Tool Functionality & Support
    We do not guarantee uninterrupted performance or compatibility with third-party software or systems. If a tool becomes non-functional or is affected by external changes (e.g., third-party patching), no refunds will be issued. Support is offered but not contractually guaranteed.
