Refund Policy

Understand your rights and our refund process before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through OGSware are final. Once a license key has been delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is enforced in compliance with Art. 185 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).


Why We Do Not Issue Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, license keys are considered delivered and consumed upon issuance. We are unable to verify non-use or revoke access once a key has been provided.


Tool Performance & Changes

OGSware does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, compatibility with third-party software, or continued availability of any tool. If a tool is affected by external changes — such as third-party patches or updates — this does not constitute grounds for a refund. "Lifetime" access refers solely to the operational lifespan of the tool and does not imply a guaranteed duration.


Before You Purchase

We strongly encourage all customers to review product details, ask questions via our support channels, and ensure compatibility before completing a purchase. Our team is happy to assist prior to any transaction.


Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact our support team before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will result in:

  • Permanent account suspension and blacklisting
  • Legal escalation under Swiss law (OR Art. 41 ff)
  • Civil claims for damages and recovery of legal costs
